It cost how much?!?!

The biggest objection I get with Shakeology and the Beachbody workouts are the price tags. I get super excited when I'm talking to someone who has started their fitness journey that may just need that extra push or wants to start their journey with me. For me its like a kid at Christmas the excitement I get when someone wants to kick butt and feel and look healthier.
Then I get shot down because of the price it takes to start that journey. "I would love to give Shakeology a try, but I'm on a tight budget." "I really want to get back in shape but I can't afford that right now."
I'm here to tell you that I don't have the money either but I budget in my monthly Shakeology. We are a family living on one income and it is not because my husband makes so much money that I don't need to work it is because I can't afford to work outside the home. You heard me I would be working minimum wage with long hours and putting my girls in childcare and then finish my work week with a paycheck that I would then hand over to the daycare. We get all our bills paid and live in a nice home and have cars in the driveway but after bills are paid and groceries are bought we don't have a lot of wiggle room but I make it work so I can have something that gives me the nutrition my body needs and energy I require to live the life I want to live.
It's all about making your body, your life top priority. Shakeology is $130 plus tax & shipping, yes giving up that kind of money in one lump sum every month seems like a lot but it really isn't when you break it down day to day. It is about $4 a day, stop and think....What have you spend money on today? Was it over $4? Was it even something you needed? Or wanted? I know just as well as the next mama who considers Target their mecca how easily you walk out of there getting WAY more than you originally went in for. My Target just put in a Starbucks, for a coffee lover it takes a lot to walk past the smell of goodness and not stop to purchase a good cup a joe. Then you have the dollar bin section that hosts a load of cute things that you don't need but it sucks you in anyway.
That is just Target, there are many other events that happen through the day where you spend money on unnecessary things, that even right now you think are necessary but are they really?
Here is a little compound effect for you. Starting tomorrow every time you spend $4 or more on something that you really didn't need write it down, continue to do it everyday for 30 days and then add it all up. How much was it? $130...more?
When you are truly ready to take that step to a healthier, happier you don't let money hold you back. Your WHY is way bigger then any price tag. You are worth it!
